Outreach and Donations 

The story of St. Luke moves beyond the walls of our little brick building. Prayer is at the heart of our parish and prayer for our community is persistent and focused. This prayerful underpinning supports all our work engaging with our neighbours.
Outreach activities serve to open our doors and invite everyone to get to know us and our faith better. Our annual Holly Berry Fair not only raises money for the on-going work of the church but connects us with old friends who return year after year, and new-comers who are just getting to know us. Our parish walk-a-thon takes us onto the streets to let us be seen and start a conversation with folks we meet.  We keep connected with East York Collegiate through our annual student bursary program.

The Kennedy House youth shelter, is dear to the heart of St. Luke. Each year our Christmas Caring program raises funds for gift cards for all those resident there. The Outreach Committee fundraises for many purposes, making donations to the East York Strategy, Kitchen Basics, and Foster Parents Plan.
